:: Art Of Dollar On ::

We're supporting two of our favourite bands this friday night, the Art Of Fighting (Melb) and Dollar Bar (Bris). Come along early, we're on round 9pm. And then go out and buy both band's new records, they're both amazing.

:: Other Stuff ::

That's it for Iron On as a live band for a little while. We're taking some time off to write some new songs (we currently have 5.75 new ones for our next record). No doubt we'll pop up from time to time but from now til December we'll be spending most of our time standing (and sitting in Nicola's case) around in the practise room looking at each other. Lucky us, huh. We'll be doing a major national tour in December.

What else are we doing? Well we're all working like mad things to begin with. Freaking day-jobs, will they ever end? In addition to which, Nicola is currently keeping time with Ben Thompson's (ex-Autumn Gianst) new band 'The Rational Academy'. Kate has been demoing/recording some stuff with a friend. Ross is writing songs. Ian (that's me...in like, the 3rd person) is promsing the world a new band called 'God Hates Brisbane' and starting a CDr label with Ben T called 'We Burned The Whole World And It Was Warm For A Little Bit' (WBTWW&IWWFALB for short). So none of us are slacking.

See yr at the bar. And then maybe later, out in the street.
